Doctor
Dr. Chelsea Stangl first decided she wanted to become a dentist at age seven and as she grew older realized what a great profession she had chosen at a young age. She spent summers throughout high school and college interning and learning about the many aspects of dentistry. Originally from northern California, Chelsea graduated with honors from the University of Southern California. After taking a year to ski in Tahoe, she headed east to attend Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated Cum Laude. After graduating, Chelsea moved to Colorado, where eventually she decided to open up her own practice.
At Boston University, Chelsea was the recipient of the Department of General Dentistry Joseph P. Speranza Memorial Award for dedication to patients and fellow students as well as the Department of General Dentistry Outstanding Achievement and Excellence in Patient and Practice Management Award. She has continued to strive to provide the best care possible for her patients.
Chelsea is dedicated to providing her patients with the attention and information that is fundamental to making important decisions about their oral health. With digital x-rays and intraoral photographs, Chelsea, is able to educate her patients so that they feel comfortable with any decisions they may have to make. Her goal is to make visiting the dentist as convenient and relaxed as possible.
Like many of her fellow converted Coloradians, Chelsea loves to ski, snowshoe and go on hikes with her dog, Burrito. She loves living and working in Denver and is excited to build her practice in such an up and coming area!

Associate Dentist
While studying Psychology at the University of California San Diego, Dr. Erin Cherry started to explore different medical professions. She spent some time observing in a local dental office and fell in love with blend of science and creativity that the field of dentistry offers. Upon graduation she headed to Boulder to complete her dental school pre-requisites at the University of Colorado. During that time, she worked as an assistant in both non-profit and private practice. After finishing her pre-dental requirements, Dr. Erin headed west to attend the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. While in school she enjoyed being a member of the Student Educators Club, leadership programs, and community outreach organizations.
As a Colorado native, Dr. Erin is excited to be living in the Denver area again. She is an avid skier, enjoys hiking (especially to the top of 14,000 foot peaks), and has a passion for photography. Dr. Erin and her husband recently adopted a golden retriever named Webster and they look forward to including him in their outdoor adventures.
Dr. Erin is excited to be working for Wynkoop Dental where she knows her passion to treat patients with care and respect will be fostered. Dr. Erin enjoys educating and empowering patients to have a lifetime of oral health and is looking forward to meeting everybody!
